Today P5/6 celebrated Shrove Tuesday in the age old tradition of making pancakes. The boys and girls weighed the caster sugar and flour before adding the wet ingredients of buttermilk and eggs. The mixture was poured onto the heated griddle and cooked before tasting their delicious pancake.
