The whole school plus Carnlough Community Nursery were delighted to participate in the RSPB's Big Schools Birdwatch today. Jo Mulholland talked to each key stage and showed photographs of the various birds that might be viewed within the school grounds. Each child was given a pair of binoculars and a recording sheet before walking around the school grounds hoping to see the many varieties possible. A total of 66 birds were spotted by the pupils. Well done to everyone.
