Today KS2 completed workshops on how to keep physically and mentally healthy. They chatted about their emotions, who they could talk to and what was needed to remain healthy. They were introduced to the 5 steps to well being which are Give, Be active,Connect,Take notice and Keep learning. Thank you to Rachel for facilitating these workshops.
