Congratulations to Mrs McHugh who received her Forest School Leader Award today from Brian Poots.Not only does this mean that Mrs McHugh is a Forest School Leader but St. John’s is recognised as a Forest School. To achieve this Level 3 award Mrs McHugh had to research and write essays ,plan and teach lessons with her class using the outdoor classroom and promote outdoor learning at every opportunity in all areas of the curriculum throughout the school. Well done Mrs Mc Hugh,all in St. John’s are proud of your achievement and we look forward to more outdoor lessons.
