Today our Shared Education programme took P2 to Ballygally for a ‘Healthy Kids’ day facilitated by ‘School at the Sea.’ The children had a fantastic time with Sarah learning about our bodies, our organs and germs. Cara led them through a workshop on basic first aid and mental health and Laura helped us investigate what sugar can do to our teeth as well as eating healthy foods and keeping our teeth healthy. After lunch we had a Zumba lesson with Avril to finish off what was a highly enjoyable and informative day for the children. A huge thank you to School at the sea, we will be back!😄
