On Thursday 1st February, a lot of grandparents visited our classroom and we would like to thank them all for making the effort to come and see us. Since it was also St Brigid's Day, we took the opportunity to make St Brigid crosses and present them to our grandparents. Some of our grandparents even joined in and proved they had nothing to learn when it came to making the crosses - real professionals!
We would also like to thank Mr Brian Black and Mr Danny Healy for supplying the rushes - much appreciated!
