Today the children from Woodlawn Primary came to spend the day with us. We had a busy day which started with some activities led by Disability Sports NI. Then we focussed on our bodies and the organs we have inside us. We found our pulse and we're able to check it at rest and after exercise. Our next activity focussed on the skeleton and we each made a dancing skeleton. After lunch, we went to play in the park. We then learned about the recovery position and what to do if someone was unconscious. A busy day was had by everyone! Check out the photographs below!
