Primary 3/4

Hello from everyone in P3/4!

Our class of 28 has 9 Primary Three children and 19 Primary Four children – made up of 16 girls and 12 boys.

Our topic from now until Christmas is World War Two. We will be learning about why the war started, the different countries involved in the war and the impact war had on everyone. Rationing, shelters, propaganda and the evacuation of children will be focussed on within this topic.

Primary Four children attend mass every Monday morning at 9.30am in preparation for making their Holy Communion.

P3/4 have PE every Tuesday afternoon and it is advisable to bring a change of shoes for this. P4 also have PE on a Thursday afternoon with Miss Donnelly for which they need a change of clothes.

Children in P3/4 visit Carnlough Library every Thursday after break time.

Friday afternoon is Golden Time for children as a reward for working really hard during the week. Children are allowed to bring a toy or game from home to play with their friends for one hour.

Please keep checking our page regularly to find out more about what we have been learning!

Bye for now!
